What do you understand about the school value "Expanding Our Learning Networks"?

it means to learn from more places other than school such as the internet.

Why is this value important and how will it help you in your learning experience in SST?

It is important as we would understand things better if we went to the actual place rather than reading about it in a book and when using the internet it is usually elaborated more.

I understand that we can make our own excellence if we want to.

• What are the strengths that you think you possessed which can help you to achieve excellence?

I persevere in anything I do and i always try my best

• What other attributes and attitudes do you think you should cultivate to excel in the things you do?

I think i should concentrate more on my studies and try not to get distracted.

How can you contribute to help your class succeed?

I could help my classmates when they need help.

creating the blog

Well blogging isnt new to me i have been blogging for a long time now. When i blog i feel like im sharing my day with everyone else. Blogging can be a part of my learning experience in sst alot. For example teachers can post asignments on their blog so students will not forget the homework. Also students can write compositions on their blog rather than writing it out

when i got that letter..

Well I did not actually get a letter telling me i got into sst. I was put on a waiting list. The principal mensioned that the chances of getting in for those who were on the waiting list were slim but i just had to wait and see. On the result day my principal put up all the names of the pupils that got into a school via dsa. I saw my name...i was pleasently surprised and thought how lucky i was. My parents who were at the side of the hall were smiling. I was extremely happy !
